Fine Jewelry Warranty:

We proudly stand behind the craftsmanship of every jewel and offer a Complimentary 3-year limited warranty on all Fine Jewelry purchases within the U.S. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality-related issues.

* Repairs on us: Any manufacturing or quality-related concerns will be repaired at no cost.

* Wear & tear: If the issue is due to daily wear, we’ll provide you with an assessment and quote before any work begins.

* Beyond 3 years: After your 3-year warranty, we’re still here to help - repairs will be offered at a service fee plus taxes and shipping.

Demi-fine Jewelry Warranty:

We offer a Complimentary 1-year limited warranty on all Demi-fine gold plated jewelry purchases within the U.S. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality-related issues.

* Re-plating: Should the gold plating fade within this period, we offer complimentary re-plating services to restore its original luster.

Every piece is carefully reviewed by our master jewelers, and no work will begin without your approval of the estimated cost. Please note that resizes, lost or stolen pieces are not covered under this warranty, and any work performed outside of Gylded Jewels will void the warranty.
