Our Vermeil Demi-Fine jewelry is created by master artisans who bond a thick layer of 2.5 microns of 18k Gold for yellow gold pieces and Platinum Rhodium for silver pieces over Pure Sterling Silver. This ensures the highest quality jewelry with a beautiful luster and sheen.

Our Solid Gold jewelry Made-to-Order jewelry be ready in 4-5 weeks. Diamonds are Lab Created Diamonds, Quality DEF VS (comes with a IGI Diamond Certificate if requested). Solid Gold designs come with a 5 Year Warranty to fix jewelry. Made-to-Order jewelry is non-refundable but we can assist if you need to fix or replace anything.

Free Standard Shipping on all US Orders over $175+; Solid Gold items are shipped via UPS 2 Day Delivery with Signature Required on delivery.

US RETURNS:

For ready-made Demi-Fine items only. If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase, we'll offer you a store credit that does not expire and can be used for any items.

Solid Gold Made to Order pieces cannot be returned. Solid gold Ready Made pieces can be exchanged for credit within 14 Days of delivery.

1-Year Warranty that covers every piece free of charge for Demi-Fine designs

Replating

If you notice your gold plated jewelry losing its color over time, we're happy to re-plate it for you.

Repairing

Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your warranty time period, we'll offer you a direct replacement for gold-plated items.

After your warranty period is over, we offer a lifetime repairs service for a small fee, so you can wear your jewelry again and again.
