What is your return policy?

US RETURNS:

For ready-made Demi-Fine items only. If you change your mind within 14 days of delivery, we'll offer you a full refund as a store credit.

Solid Gold Made to Order pieces cannot be returned. Solid gold Ready Made pieces can be exchanged for credit within 14 Days of delivery.

How do I care for my jewelry?

All of our jewelry is made with the highest quality vermeil.  This is 18K gold over pure Sterling Silver for gold items or Rhodium Platinum plating over Sterling Silver for silver items.  It is possible for plating to fade over time with continuous wear. This is unavoidable over the lifetime of any plated jewelry. Because of this, we do recommend that our customers are cautious when washing their hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning, or styling their hair, as soaps, chlorine, detergents, cleaning agents, and hair products can remove the plating. All jewelry is nickel and
lead free.

What is Vermeil jewelry?

Vermeil is the closest you can get to pure solid gold without the price tag. Vermeil jewelry is plated with .25 microns of thick 18k gold over Sterling Silver.  The pieces are plated with 25 microns of Rhodium Platinum for silver items. These are not gold plated over brass items, which are lower quality and will tarnish easily over time. Unlike brass or stainless steel plated jewelry, Vermeil is resellable since it is made out of pure sterling silver.

Is your jewelry nickel and lead free?

Yes! All of our jewelry is nickel free, lead free and hypoallergenic.

What is Rhodium?

Our white silver items are plated with Rhodium. As a nickel-free
metal, Platinum Rhodium plating makes your jewelry hypoallergenic! Rhodium is a precious metal that is in the family of platinum. Rhodium plating increases shine, luster and is more resistant to scratches and tarnishing over other precious metals.

How do Gylded gift cards work?

A Gylded e-Gift Card makes the perfect gift! All gift cards are E-Gift Cards and can only be used on gyldedjewels.com (no cash value). E-Gift cards can be purchased on our website.

Gylded E-Gift Cards are delivered via e-mail to the e-mail listed on the order within 3 days of purchase. You can have it sent directly to the recipient, or sent to your own e-mail to forward or print. To use a Gylded Gift Card, simply input the Gift Card code into the “gift card” field during checkout. Different from our coupon codes, our Gift Cards may be used in conjunction with a coupon code and also used to cover shipping or applicable taxes. Gift Cards are non-refundable. 

Gift Cards are non-refundable and do not expire.

What if I am missing items from my order?

Email us at orders@gyldedjewels.com with a description of the items missing from your order and your order number. We will get the missing item(s) to you as soon as possible. 

What if I entered the incorrect shipping address?

with your name, order number and updated shipping address as soon as possible. In the case that your order has not been shipped yet, we will update your shipping information. 

What items are not eligible for a return?

Sale items, Custom or Made to Order items, broken items and personalized and engraved items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Solid gold items that are Ready Made can be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Made to Order Solid Gold items cannot be returned.

Can sale items be returned?

We always try to offer the best discounted price on our sale items and because of this, all sale items are final sale. Please make sure to read all product details on sale items before purchasing.

Gift with Purchase

If you are returning an order that includes a free gift with purchase, we require that the free gift is returned as well. If the free gift is not returned with the order then we will adjust the return amount in retail dollars of the gift. 

Do you offer repairs?

Yes, we offer a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase for repairs or a refresh replating if needed. If the item cannot be repaired we will replace it with an item as close to the purchase price as possible.

What is your Warranty Policy?

Every Gylded Jewel Demi-fine piece comes with our 1 Year Warranty. Whether you have accidentally scratched your pendant or broken your bracelet or necklace, we will repair your jewelry.
