Our Solid Gold jewelry is Made-to-Order. Will be ready in 3-4 weeks. Diamonds are Lab Created Diamonds, Quality DEF VS (comes with a IGI Diamond Certificate). Solid Gold designs come with a Lifetime Warranty to fix jewelry. Made-to-Order jewelry is non-refundable.

We want your most-loved jewelry to last a lifetime, which is why we offer a 2-year warranty that covers every piece free of charge for Ready Made designs and Lifetime Warranty for Solid Gold Made-to-Order designs. After that, we offer a lifetime repairs service for a small fee, so you can wear your jewelry again and again.
Replating
If you notice your vermeil jewelry losing its color over time, we're happy to re-plate it for you.
Repairing
Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 2-year warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement for gold-plated items.
