Our Vermeil Demi-Fine jewelry is created by master artisans who bond a thick layer of 2.5 microns of 18k Gold for yellow gold pieces and Platinum Rhodium for silver pieces over Pure Sterling Silver. This ensures the highest quality jewelry with a beautiful luster and sheen.
Our Solid Gold jewelry is Made-to-Order. Will be ready in 3 weeks. Diamonds are Lab Created Diamonds, Quality DEF VS (comes with a IGI Diamond Certificate). Solid Gold designs come with a 3 Year Warranty to fix jewelry. Made-to-Order jewelry is non-refundable.

Replating
If you notice your gold plated jewelry losing its color over time, we're happy to re-plate it for you.
Repairing
Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your warranty time period, we'll offer you a direct replacement for gold-plated items.
After your warranty period is over, we offer a lifetime repairs service for a small fee, so you can wear your jewelry again and again.
