Our Solid Gold jewelry is Made-to-Order. Will be ready in 3 weeks. Diamonds are Lab Created Diamonds, Quality DEF VS (comes with a IGI Diamond Certificate). Solid Gold designs come with a 3 Year Warranty to fix jewelry. Made-to-Order jewelry is non-refundable.

RETURNS:

For ready-made items only. If you change your mind within 14 days of delivery, we'll offer you a full refund credited to the card used in the original sales transaction. Returns are processed a fee of $7 for shipping and restocking.

Replating

If you notice your gold plated jewelry losing its color over time, we're happy to re-plate it for you or replace it 1 time.

Repairing

Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your warranty time period, we'll offer you a direct replacement for gold-plated items.

After your warranty period is over, we offer a lifetime repairs service for a small fee, so you can wear your jewelry again and again.
