OUR JEWELRY
Our Vermeil Demi-Fine jewelry is created by master artisans who bond a thick layer of 2.5 microns of 18k Gold for yellow gold pieces and Platinum Rhodium for silver pieces over Pure Sterling Silver. This ensures the highest quality jewelry with a beautiful luster and sheen.
Our Solid Gold jewelry is Made-to-Order. Will be ready in 4-7 weeks. Diamonds are Lab Created Diamonds, Quality DEF VS (comes with a IGI Diamond Certificate). Solid Gold designs come with a 5 Year Warranty to fix jewelry. Made-to-Order jewelry is non-refundable.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING TIME:
Ready made orders are processed 2-4 (excluding weekends and public holidays) depending on the item and processing time needed. Some items may take longer to process if they are shipping directly from our artisan shops in India. If you need your order sooner, please send us an email and we will aim to ship your order faster. FREE US STANDARD DELIVERY:
Free Standard Shipping on all US Orders over $175+; Solid Gold items are shipped via UPS 2 Day Delivery with Signature Required on delivery.
RETURNS:
For ready-made items only. If you change your mind within 14 days of delivery, we'll offer you a store credit which does not expire. Credit can be used and accessed through your store account and will be applied at checkout. We will send you an invoice for the return label shipping. Once item is received and processed, credit will be issued to you.
Shipping Protection
We want you to feel confident ordering with us. If a package is lost or stolen in transit, we will provide a one-time replacement at no additional cost. Should a second loss occur, a store credit will be issued to your account in place of a replacement shipment.

3-Year Warranty for Solid Gold designs.
Demi-fine Jewelry:
1-Year Warranty that covers every piece free of charge for Demi-Fine designs
Replating
If you notice your gold plated jewelry losing its color over time, we're happy to re-plate it for you.
Repairing
Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your warranty time period, we'll offer you a direct replacement for gold-plated items.
After your warranty period is over, we offer a lifetime repairs service for a small fee, so you can wear your jewelry again and again.
